Good morning. I have tofu in the fridge marinating. I am making baked tofu. I have never made it before and I hope it turns out well. I believe that it will. It is completely vegan as well. Michael and I are going to a vegan potluck this afternoon, so I will have my Vegan Baked Tofu in hand. I just love tofu. Right now, the clouds outside are fluffy white like that of tofu. There are reports that it may snow. So where your mittens and grab your scarf if you are going to build a person made of snow. In the summer, you can build a person made of sand if so choose to do so. Anyhow, i am going to check on the tofu and place it in the oven to bake.
