a spiritual clarity after heavy weights
Good morning, i had a great experience last night. I had just worked out. Oh yeah, I have started working out with the heavy weights and all. I have lost a lot of weight, but do not become too concerned. I have started eating a bit healthier and so my body is getting rid of all of the toxins caused by the overly processed foods. Michael and I have made i a mission to eat mostly whole foods, natural foods...organic foods...more plants. I am on my journey to becoming a vegan. Anyhow, I worked out with the heavy weights. I was breathing in deeply and afterwards, I kept this deep breathing and at some point, I was just sitting down and I came very close to having an out of body experience. It felt very assuring and relaxing. It was a spiritual moment of some sorts. I should have written here just moments after, but I did not. Instead, I took a warm shower. Then Michael and I watched Ren & Stimpy cartoons while drinking some warm Tazo tea. His flavor of choice was -green tea- th verté (code name: Zen). My flavor of choice was -herbal infusion- infusion d'herbes (code name: Calm). -
