a moment to gaze at the stars
well hello everyone. i did not know that i had gone a few days without typing. it has been slow, but good. i think it is nearly dark outside. i may go out and look at the stars. There was once this 19 year old guy who was lying in a field with a book. He had been backpacking through Europe (and he was drunk). Lying on the grass, he gazed up at the stars thinking about his inability to communicate with others. He then came up with an idea for a brilliant book; a hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy (he was carrying a book entitled
Hitch-hiker's Guide to Europe). Today is the birthday of that guy whom we all know as Douglas Adams. So in celebration of his birthday, I will go outside and gaze up at the stars. Perhaps only for a few minutes as it is a little on the chilly side. Actually, I will make myself some tea. It will keep me warm.
