another moment to gaze at the stars

I just returned from gazing up at the stars. No I did not just spent day and night doing so. I think this will be a nightly adventure pending the weather of course. Last night, I was trying to see Monoceros, but there was too much light, so I will have to settle into an area with few lighting to actually see it. Today, I spotted Ursa Major (last night, I was only looking into the direction of Orion). So today, I looked all around the sky and pointed out Adhara (part of Canis Major), Capella (part of Auriga), Aldebaran (part of Taurus), and others. I was just lying in the grass watching the stars in the sky. During my lunch break, I did the same thing, only the sky was a majestic color of blue and I only saw the moon and the sun. I was nearby a blossoming tree where I saw bees buzzing through the tree's many branches. I was in total awe in watching them. As I watched the moon, I kept thinking about the stars that are around it and how I can see them at night and yet not in the daytime (thanks to the brightness of the sun). In the summer, Orion is out during the daytime, but you cannot see that constellation (my mind wanders). I am enjoying this great weather that we are experiencing. I can sit outside during my lunch and read the dictionary which is what I did today. Anyhow, I am going to take a warm shower and then head to bed. I am highly exhausted.
