a walk home
lately i have been taking the afternoon rover bus to get home and it has been swell. this afternoon, i walked from the corner of middle tennessee and bradyville while listening to npr on my cassette walkman. it was suprisingly warm for this february afternoon so i was rather amused by it. i stopped kroger to get change for a twenty. i was ultimately aiming to get a roll of quarters for the laundry, but left with a ten. i wandered over to sonics and ordered tator tot and a grileld cheese sandwhich. i ate it on the remainder of my walk home. two squirrels chases one another in a tree as i calmly approahced my apartment complex. after a quick stop at the mailroom, i later unlocked the door to my apartment to say hello to my cat named raine and here i am typing this out in a calm fashion. a slice of my life presented in words for you all.
