quite apart from international alliances with lip service
well i am in a calm mood. last night, michael and i walked calmly across the wet pavement to the gymnasium of the school just down the block from where we live. there we voted in the tennessee primary and later that evening, i refreshed the npr webpage to find out the outcome. when i was not doing that, michael and i were either eating stir fry on the couch while watching pete and pete episodes or reading more of the wax tadpole book. but 3am brought lots of wind and rain that awoke me from my slumber. do i really need a closing song? i assume not this day.
