another case of a horrible customer
So this guy shows up to rent a room and when i ask him for his ID, he gets all upset because he does not have it and he is screaming at me saying how he has paid over $200 to stay at this Motel 06 in the past and how he should not have to show his ID. I called the manager and was instructed to search a history on him and just rent a room to him. Then I tell him the price and he gets all pissy because he is used to paying $37.86 instead of $44.74 (the first is for one adult and the second is for two adults) and he just flips out. I called the manager and she just tells me to give him the price of one adult so that he can shut up. I apologized for calling her and she responds, "m...HM" and then hangs up. So the one person who had checked him a week ago must have told him the wrong price. Gosh! I need a new job...one that is stress free. I called Michael and told him about it and he was very comforting. While talking to him on the phone, a car pulls up and I yell out, "oh gosh someone is here to annoy me." I realized then that it was agonizing just when someone pulls up to the building. Anyhow, the person who walks up to the door turned out to be Michael. He was actually on his way to visit me once I called him and told him about the rude person. It was a total surprise. So we hung out and drew pictures and laughed at the world. So the night did have a good ending to it.
