just because the message may never be received does not mean it isnot worth sending.
this morning was almost a disaster. stupid work stuff. do i even feel like going into the details? this guy shows up for a reservation in the midst of the nigh audit. i told him to come back in a few minutes and a few minutes later, i check him into his room. there was a full house, but his room had been assigned and under his room, there was a note (in the computer) saying, "do not rent this room, i need it first thing in the morning" and thinking that a lot of my fellow co-workers will leave a room like this so that an early reservation check-in can have the room, I rented the room to him. well it turns out that the room was needed by the maintenance person so that he can have access to another room. it was so stupid. i was thinking to myself that if maintenance needed the room, then the message could have said, "this room is needed for maintenance" anyhow...i am going to bed. i had a long night.
